Asked Peter for advice on a vehicle that I inherited and was damaged. He took the time out of his day to inspect the vehicle and give his honest opinion of what options I had. This information was really helpful and I greatly appreciated it!

I can’t recommend 821 Collision enough, especially Peter Kelly, who went above and beyond throughout the entire repair process. From start to finish, Peter was informative, communicative, patient, and genuinely understanding. He took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable with the process.

What really stood out was how hard he fought to make sure my vehicle was repaired properly, even when dealing with an insurance company that seemed more focused on minimizing costs than doing what was right. Peter’s knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail made a huge difference. His commitment to using OEM parts and his Lexus certifications gave me confidence that my 2026 Lexus TX was in the right hands.

The final result speaks for itself. My vehicle looks absolutely incredible, and it came out looking as if it had just rolled off the dealership lot. The quality of the workmanship and the level of care put into the repair exceeded my expectations.

It’s rare to find someone who combines this level of professionalism, technical knowledge, communication, and genuine customer care. Peter clearly takes pride in his work and advocates for his customers. If you need collision repairs, especially on a Lexus, I highly recommend 821 Collision and would absolutely trust them with my vehicle again. Ask for Peter Kelly — you won’t regret it! Only shop I would trust!

Outstanding experience with Pete at 821 Collision. Our 2023 Lexus ES 300h Ultra Luxury was hit by a pickup truck while parked in a parking lot, which was an incredibly frustrating and stressful situation to deal with. Pete was an absolute professional and a true advocate for us. Given the advanced tech and build of the Lexus, we wanted a shop with Lexus certification, and 821 Collision delivered. When navigating the insurance process became complicated, Pete kept us informed every step of the way. His transparency, regular updates, and guidance through the insurance back-and-forth gave us immense peace of mind. It’s rare to find an auto body shop with this level of integrity and customer care. Highly recommended!

Professional, caring, CLEAR explanations - and my truck returned on time, looking like it did before it was rear ended. Could not be happier with the end product or the service. A Five Star Team (wish I could give more) ! Just was back ... the rear window was leaking. Dealer had the truck for over 4 months could not help. 821 repaired the leaking window, replaced the moldy carpets and gave the truck back in ONE WEEK. These guys are the ROCKSTARS of their business. CANNOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH. They are people of their word, and their work is world class.

I brought my car here for repair after an accident. The insurance company ended up declaring the vehicle a total loss. Pete and Ken were incredibly communicative throughout the process and helped me work through nightmare that is dealing with an insurance company. I appreciated all of the help throughout the process and would recommend them!
